How much are HOA Dues?

Annual dues are $100 per lot/parcel containing a structure and $50 for a vacant lot. The annual dues amount does not cover the full cost of snow removal. Since our roads are private, the county does not clear the snow. Each season, the Board obtains bids and selects a vendor to provide the service. Depending on the year, the cost can vary and a separate assessment is made and invoiced to owners.
