How much are HOA Dues?

Annual dues are $50 per lot/parcel. The $50 annual dues does not cover the snow removal cost. Since our roads are private, the county does not clear the snow. Each season, the Board obtains bids and selects a vendor to provide the service. Depending on the year, the cost can vary and a separate assessment is made and invoiced to owners.
